Exchanges
Replacement. Our replacement policy is based on the condition that there are obvious quality problems about the items, and the items should keep perfect, and you do not use it. If you want to get a replacement, you must submit within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the pictures of the items are needed. Client can choose a replacement of the same product or product with same value. We will ship a new item to you once we get the item returned. However, client may incur any possible shipping charges the return generated.Procedures of exchange
You can pack and return the item to us according to following steps.
1.Repack the never used item with original packaging.
2.Write the reason for return/exchange & your order No. on packing slip.
3.Send the packing slip together in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records.
4.Fill out your return and exchange address information on the label.
5.If you do not have a packing list: Please go to your Account to print out a summary of your order. Circle the item(s) you are returning.However, ourheels.net will not be responsible for the loss of packages in transit.
